Trilogy is a specialist consultancy helping senior leaders and teams succeed when the stakes are high.
Some business moments carry greater consequences than others. A transaction. An investor or regulatory decision. A significant leadership transition. A difficult decision for a senior team. In these moments, how leaders think, communicate and work together can have a real impact on what happens next.
It starts with communication
Often, that means helping leaders get clear on the thinking, the message and the conversation. That might mean preparing a management team for investors, helping a CEO shape the message for an important board conversation, or working with an executive team to communicate more clearly and effectively.
Then it becomes a leadership question
The most important business moments are rarely just communication challenges. They are leadership challenges too. They test judgement, confidence, alignment, decision-making and how effectively people work together. So where the situation requires it, our work goes further — helping CEOs and senior teams make difficult decisions, lead through change and strengthen how they perform together.
Where an engagement needs additional expertise or capacity, we bring in advisers we know and trust. The work stays personal, and one person stays accountable for it.

Mike Norris began his career as a corporate finance lawyer at Clifford Chance, where clarity, judgement and attention to detail mattered.
Today he works with CEOs, boards and leadership teams across private equity, investment banking, professional services and corporate organisations. Much of that work is preparing management teams for exits and investor scrutiny. The rest is one-to-one: a leader facing an important conversation, a new role, a period of change or a decision they would rather not make.
Mike’s style is practical, thoughtful and direct. He helps leaders step back from the detail, work out what really matters and communicate it in a way that is clear, credible and their own — particularly when the pressure makes that harder to do.
We start with the situation, not a standard programme.
Every engagement is different. We take time to understand the business context, the people involved, what needs to happen and where the real challenge lies.
The aim is not to impose a methodology. It is to make a tangible difference when it matters.
